At MacAllan & Berg we have a significant number of achievements behind us and hopefully an even bigger number of great accomplishments ahead of us.
 

2018

MacAllan & Berg adds several new telecom service providers as clients and extends contracts with multiple existing clients for both new projects and for forward flow maintenance of debt levels.

2017

One of the largest groups of Operators worldwide signs with MacAllan & Berg for a combined Interconnect and Roaming debt collection project covering more than 15 individual mobile operators. Other clients resign for new periods and MacAllan & Berg now covers a market reach servicing clients from the Far East Asia to the Americas and many countries in between.

2016

MacAllan & Berg signs one of the most renowned and biggest mobile operators in Asia and adds another client in South America.

2015

MacAllan & Berg sees all long term contracts renewed for additional consulting work. New clients is also added to the client portfolio.

2014

MacAllan & Berg further expands into African and Asian markets by adding tier 1 and tier 2 mobile operators as clients in South Africa, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia.

2013

MacAllan & Berg contracts operators from two of the top5 worldwide mobile operator groups for collection services. Singapore market presence is added.


2012

Captus is rebranded as MacAllan & Berg. Dubai office is opened.
 

2011

Captus continues its success by adding new clients in all regions worldwide and by year end more than 35 Mobile Operators have utilized the services of Captus since its incorporation.

2010

Entering into a new decade, Captus is close to having assisted Mobile Operators in the collection of $100 million in overdue roaming amounts. 

​

2009

Captus launches Fraud Mediation Services for Mobile Operators impacted by fraud traffic on their network. Captus negotiates a settlement on a multi-million dollar fraud case on behalf of a group of CIS Operators affected by inbound roaming fraud from subscribers of a Philippine Network, without the need for costly and time consuming litigation.

2007

Captus establishes partnership with UK based Receivables Management Company, enabling expansion of service offerings. By end year Captus has worked with over 15 Mobile Operators and secured the collection of over €45 million in overdue roaming receivables since its inception.

2005

Lands a contract to collect €5 million in overdue Roaming debt on behalf of Tier one Danish operator. 96% of debt book collected within 6 months. Operator subsequently outsources entire roaming ledger management to Captus and asks Captus to engage with their financial clearing house directly and on all related matters.

​

2004

Company established in London as Captus Financial Solutions. Secures first roaming collection project from Tier one Austrian Operator. By year end Captus employs 4 people.
